The Board of Adjustment handles the applications for variation to the land use regulations that are defined by the Township Committee and local laws. If individuals or developers wish to vary from the regulations, approval must be granted by the Board of Adjustment. Check the Township Calendar for meeting dates.

2011 Zoning Board Meeting Dates
The Zoning Board of Adjustment hereby designates the following dates of its regular meetings until the next reorganization meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, January 4, 2012, and unless otherwise modified by Resolution of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, there will be work session meetings beginning at 7:00 P.M. followed by the regular meeting at 7:30 P.M.. All meetings shall be held in the Mansfield Township Municipal Complex, 24548 East Main Street, Columbus, New Jersey.
